Shipping Your Package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Free hand delivery is also available for residents of Metz and the surrounding area.
Delivery costs include preparation, packaging, and shipping. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight and dimensions of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order: it is not possible to combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items. Packaging is adapted to the dimensions of your items to ensure optimal protection.
Return Policy
We make it our priority to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Please note that personalized products (such as custom-embroidered items or custom creations) cannot be returned unless they are defective. We take photos of each item before shipping to ensure its authenticity. If you receive a defective or incorrect personalized item, please send us clear photos of the product before returning it, via the contact form on our website or to the following email address: [contact@doigts-dores.com].
We reserve the right to examine personalized items to determine if they are indeed defective or incorrect. Only products with manufacturing defects or errors on our part will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.
